Requesting a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps and provide return authorization.
Conditions for Returns
- Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any item showing signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a refund.
Specific Return & Refund Scenarios
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt. Ringu will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
- Items Not Received:
- Contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window. For lost or delayed shipments, we offer either a full refund or will reship the item at no extra charge.
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed. If the order has been shipped, the return process can be followed after delivery.
- Wrong Size:
- For items that are the incorrect size, contact us for an exchange or full refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation will be sent once the refund is completed.
